Are you curious about Freediving? The introductory freediving experience is the perfect way to familiarize yourself with the basic concepts of this discipline and discover that you are capable of much more than you imagine.
During the introductory freediving experience, you will have a breathing session and an introduction to static breath-hold in a pool, accompanied by an instructor.
REQUIREMENTS: minimum age of 12 years. Must be able to swim. No previous freediving experience required.
TOTAL DURATION: 2-3 hours.
TOTAL PRICE: 65,00 euros. Full equipment included in the activity.
At the end of the activity, we will give you a certificate of attendance, which will entitle you to a 10% discount if you decide to take the PADI Basic Freediver or PADI Freediver course.
